The reasons and solutions for LED electronic display screen loading failures are as follows:

Incorrect serial cable type: Check and confirm that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is a straight-through cable, not a crossover cable. Crossover cables may cause abnormal signal transmission, leading to loading failure.

Control system hardware not powered on: Ensure the control system hardware is correctly powered on. If not powered on, connect the power immediately to avoid insufficient power supply causing the device to fail to start or data transmission to be interrupted.

Damaged or poorly connected serial cable: Check if the serial cable of the electronic display screen is intact, and confirm that both ends are not loose or disconnected. Damaged cables or loose interfaces will directly cause signal transmission failure.

Loose or incorrectly positioned jumper caps: Check if the jumper caps inside the screen are loose, disconnected, or incorrectly positioned. Jumper caps are key components for controlling hardware configuration; their abnormal state will interfere with system identification and communication.

If the control software and hardware parameters are incompatible, compare the control software on the electronic display screen with the selected control card to ensure the following parameters are consistent:

Correct product model

Transmission method (e.g., RS232/RS485) matches the serial port number

Serial transmission rate (baud rate) is set correctly

Refer to the switch diagram provided in the software. Incorrect address bit parameters on the control system hardware can cause the software to fail to recognize the hardware or result in data format conflicts.

If the above checks are normal but the problem persists, it is recommended to use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the computer or control system hardware connected to the LED electronic display screen is damaged. If the serial port hardware is faulty, contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
