How should indoor conference display screens be properly cleaned?

To correctly clean indoor conference display screens, one should follow the principle of regular cleaning and use appropriate tools and procedures. The specific steps are as follows:

Regular cleaning: Over time, tiny dust particles will accumulate on the surface of the indoor conference display screen, reducing its display performance and effect. It is recommended to clean it once every three months, and all the light-emitting diode display units should be cleaned to avoid brightness variations.

Cleaning tools:

An evaporator with glass window cleaner, a rubber hose with a spray nozzle.

Compressed air.

A long and soft brush.

A wrung-out towel.

Cleaning steps:

Turn off the display screen: Before cleaning, make sure to turn off the conference display screen to ensure operational safety.

Clean the front panel: Use a glass window cleaner to clean the front panel. Do not use industrial substances for removing grease. Only use inert, rust-proof, corrosion-resistant and unlabeled substances or chemicals for cleaning to prevent damage to the display screen.

Remove dirt: Use a soft brush to wipe off all dirt from the LEDs and the cover. Do not use a hard brush to avoid damaging the light-emitting diode lamps and affecting the normal use and display effect of the display screen.

Remove detergent: Use a wrung-out towel to remove the detergent to avoid corrosion or other adverse effects of detergent residue on the display screen.

Repeat cleaning the front panel: Repeat the second step until the display unit is thoroughly cleaned. Ensure that the display screen surface is free of dust and stains and restore good display performance.

Dry the surface: Use compressed air to dry the surface to make the display screen surface dry quickly to avoid moisture residue causing short circuits or other problems.
