How to clean the dust on the LED display screen?

When cleaning the dust on the LED display screen, it is crucial to turn off the power and operate gently to avoid liquid infiltration and screen scratches.

Before cleaning, turn off the power and unplug the plug to prevent electric shock or short circuit. Use a soft-bristled brush or a blower to gently remove the surface dust. For stubborn stains, you can spray a small amount of screen cleaner onto a microfiber cloth and wipe it, but do not spray directly on the screen. Use cotton swabs to assist in cleaning the gaps.

1. Daily maintenance

Regularly wipe off the surface dust with a dry soft cloth to avoid accumulation that affects the display effect. In humid environments, shorten the cleaning cycle to prevent dust from adhering.

2. Deep cleaning

If there is a lot of dust, you can use the low-speed mode of the vacuum cleaner to suck up the accumulated dust in the gaps. When wiping, gently wipe in the same direction to avoid scratching the LED lamp beads.

3. Precautions

Do not use alcohol, acidic or alkaline solvents or rough rags, as they may corrode the surface coating. For outdoor screens, check if the sealing rubber strip is aging and replace it in time to prevent moisture from invading.

Unremoved dust over a long period may hinder heat dissipation and affect the lifespan of the lamp. For high-precision screens such as P2 or smaller pitch screens, it is recommended to have professionals disassemble and clean them to avoid damaging the internal components by self-operation.
