II. Moisture Prevention and Storage Requirements
1. Storage Temperature Requirements: Ambient temperature -40℃ ≤ t ≤ 60℃. After opening the packaging, LED products must be stored in an environment with a temperature < 30℃ and humidity < 60%.
2. Depending on the environment of the display screen and control components, avoid insect infestation; rodenticide should be placed if necessary.
3. LED displays should not be turned off for extended periods. In high-humidity environments, if the screen has not been used for more than 3 days, a preheating method should be used each time it is turned on: preheat at 30%-50% brightness for 4-8 hours, then adjust to normal brightness (80%-100%) to remove moisture and ensure normal operation. If the screen has not been used for more than 7 days, a preheating method should be used each time it is turned on: preheat at 30%-50% brightness for at least 12 hours, then adjust to normal brightness (80%-100%) to remove moisture and ensure normal operation.
Proper maintenance of full-color LED screens is crucial for extending their lifespan and ensuring normal operation. If an LED display malfunctions within the warranty period, maintain close contact with the manufacturer's after-sales personnel and seek repair guidance.
