(1) Inspect and clean the screen surface. Over time, dust and stains accumulate on the surface of the LED mobile video wall, obstructing light transmission and causing dull colors. Use a soft cleaning cloth, such as a microfiber cloth, to gently wipe the screen surface to remove dust and stains.
If the stains are stubborn, a dedicated screen cleaner can be used. However, avoid spraying the cleaner directly onto the screen; first spray it onto a cleaning cloth, then wipe the screen.
(2) Inspect the LED beads. LED beads are a key component affecting screen color. Damaged, aged, or inconsistently bright LED beads can cause the entire LED mobile video wall to appear dull or uneven. Use professional testing equipment or visual inspection to check for any non-functional or abnormally colored LED beads.
If any problems are found, replace them with LED beads of the same specifications and model. When replacing LED beads, pay attention to the soldering quality to ensure a good connection between the LED beads and the circuit board.
(3) Check the power supply. An unstable power supply can affect the normal operation of the LED beads, leading to dull colors. Use a multimeter or similar tools to check if the power supply's output voltage and current are stable and meet the rated requirements of the LED mobile video wall.
If there are problems with the power supply, such as excessive voltage fluctuations or insufficient current, replace it with a stable power supply to ensure sufficient power support for the screen.
(4) Check the signal transmission lines. The quality and connection status of the signal transmission lines also affect the color display of the LED mobile video wall. Check if the signal cables are loose, damaged, or interfered with, such as HDMI and DVI cables.
Re-plug the signal cables to ensure a secure connection. If the signal cables are damaged, replace them with new ones immediately. Also, avoid running signal cables parallel to high-voltage cables to reduce electromagnetic interference.
