Location and System Composition of LED Screen Controllers
The location of the LED screen controller mainly depends on the screen type, installation scenario and usage requirements. The core rule can be summarized as: small screens are mostly embedded, large screens are equipped with independent control rooms, and rental screens are equipped with external brackets.
Small Indoor LED Screens: The controller is usually integrated on the side or back of the screen frame. This design can not only maintain beauty, but also facilitate on-site debugging. For example, for the display wall in the meeting room or the advertising screen in the shopping mall, the lines can be plugged and unplugged or the parameters can be adjusted directly from the side during operation.
Large Outdoor LED Screens: The controller is often set independently in a special control room. The outdoor environment is complex, and the control room can isolate the erosion of rain, high temperature, dust and other factors on the equipment. For example, for the giant screen on the outer wall of sports venues or high-rise buildings, technical personnel can centrally monitor the status of multiple screens indoors.
Rental/Temporarily Installed LED Screens: The controller is fixed on the screen bracket or portable cabinet. This layout is suitable for the needs of frequent disassembly and assembly. For example, the stage background screen or temporary exhibition stand, the controller and the screen move as a whole during handling, reducing the complexity of wiring.
