The LED display installation and construction process mainly includes the following steps:
1. On-Site Survey for Installation

◦ Measure transmission distance: Measure the actual transmission distance of control signals and data signals to provide accurate data for subsequent wiring.
2. Design the Wiring Position of Transmission Signal Cables
◦ Lay communication cables: Construction personnel lay communication cables in accordance with the design scheme after the technical personnel's investigation.
◦ Arrange routing: Arrange the routing in accordance with the design scheme, including necessary excavation, drilling, chiseling and other work to ensure the line direction is reasonable and in line with safety specifications.
◦ Bury wire tubes and thread: Bury wire tubes and thread the wires, mainly to lay lines and protect the cables from external damage.
◦ Install wire connectors: Install wire connectors to ensure firm and reliable line connection for convenient subsequent maintenance and overhaul.
3. Fabrication of Screen Frame
◦ Frame construction: Construction personnel construct the frame in accordance with the reference design drawings provided by the structural design personnel.
◦ Steel frame fabrication: Fabricate the steel frame to ensure the structural fabrication accuracy meets the design requirements and provide a stable foundation for subsequent installation.
◦ Steel frame welding and installation: Weld and install the fabricated steel frame to ensure firm connection and ability to bear external forces such as screen weight and wind load.
◦ Exterior decoration material construction: Construct the exterior decoration materials of the screen, mainly involving the aesthetic decoration of the periphery to improve the overall visual effect.
◦ Internal power supply system wiring: Perform the wiring work of the screen's internal power supply system to ensure stable and reliable power supply.
4. Installation of LED Electronic Large Screen Body
◦ Cabinet installation and fixation: Install and fix the cabinets to ensure positioning accuracy and connection strength, so as to ensure the flatness and seamless of the screen.
◦ Cabinet and line connection: Perform cabinet connection, signal line connection, distribution box installation, power line connection and control network construction to ensure correct connection between all components and normal system operation.
5. Commissioning of LED Electronic Large Screen System
◦ Power supply system detection: Detect the LED electronic large screen power supply system to ensure stable power supply without short circuit, open circuit and other faults.
◦ Display system commissioning: Detect and commission the LED electronic large screen display system, including adjustment of parameters such as brightness, contrast and color to ensure the best display effect.
◦ Network system commissioning: Commission the network system to ensure stable and reliable data transmission and realize functions such as remote control and monitoring.
