Embedded installation: In indoor environments, it is suitable for small indoor screens. Due to the limited installation space, to avoid occupying the space, an area of the same size as the screen body is excavated on the wall, and the LED display is embedded in the wall. The wall must be a solid wall. The maintenance method is in advance, but the cost is relatively high. For outdoor installation, the embedded structure is suitable for display screen projects that have been included in the building design plan. During the construction of the civil engineering project, the installation space for the display screen is pre-reserved. During the actual installation, only the display screen steel structure needs to be made and the display screen is embedded in the building wall. There should be sufficient maintenance space at the back. Wall-mounted installation: It is mostly used for the installation of indoor LED displays, with a small area (less than 10 square meters), and the wall should be a solid wall. Hollow bricks or simple partition walls are not suitable for this installation method. Hanging installation: It is mostly used for large-scale places such as station LED electronic displays and airport LED electronic displays to serve as indication signs. The screen area should be small (less than 10 square meters). It is required to have a suitable installation location, such as having a crossbeam or beam above, and the screen body usually needs to have a rear cover. Ordinary hanging installation is suitable for single-box display screens with a total weight of less than 50 kg. They can be directly hung on the load-bearing wall without pre-reserving maintenance space. The display screen box adopts a front maintenance design, and when maintaining, the display screen can be lifted from the bottom. Rack-mounted installation is suitable for general outdoor displays. Considering the difficulty of display screen maintenance, a steel structure support is used between the display screen and the wall, and an 800mm maintenance space is reserved. Facilities such as ladders, staircases, etc. for maintenance are equipped, and auxiliary equipment such as power distribution cabinets, air conditioners, axial fans, and lighting are also installed.
Column-mounted installation: This is mostly used for the installation of outdoor LED electronic display screens in areas with wide views and relatively open surroundings, such as squares and parking lots. Depending on the size of the screen, it can be divided into single-column and double-column installations. Column-mounted is suitable for the installation of LED screens on open ground, where outdoor screens are installed on columns. For column-mounted installation, in addition to making the screen structure steel, concrete or steel columns also need to be fabricated. The main consideration is the geological conditions of the foundation.
Roof-mounted installation: This is mainly applicable to outdoor advertising LED electronic display screens. The installation location is mainly on the roof of buildings. As the height of the building increases, the wind resistance level to be considered should also increase accordingly. Floor-mounted structure: A concrete structure is built on the ground to construct a wall that can sufficiently support the entire LED display screen. The display screen is installed on the wall, and the steel structure is reserved with a width of 800mm.
