01. What could be the reasons for failure to load?
Failure to load may be caused by the following reasons. Please compare the following items with your operation:
A. Ensure that the control system hardware is powered on correctly (+5V).
B. Check and confirm that the serial cable used to connect the controller is a straight-through cable, not a crossover cable.
C. Check and confirm that the serial cable is intact and undamaged, and that there are no loose or detached connections at either end.
D. Refer to the LED display control software and your selected control card to select the correct product model, transmission method, serial port number, and baud rate. Also, refer to the DIP switch diagram provided in the software to correctly set the address bits and baud rate on the control system hardware.
E. Check if the jumper caps are loose or detached; if the jumper caps are not loose, ensure that the direction of the jumper caps is correct.
F. If the loading still fails after the above checks and corrections, please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware is damaged. This will help determine whether the computer should be returned to the manufacturer or the control system hardware should be sent for testing.
02. What could be the reasons for communication failure?
The reasons for communication failure are roughly the same as those for loading failure. It may be caused by the following reasons. Please compare the following items with your operation:

03. Why does the system display the message "Please connect the LED display controller"?
Many customers download the "LED Display Control System" directly from the "Download Center" on the company's website. After installation and running for 20 minutes, the message "Please connect the LED display controller" appears. This is because the system did not detect the control system hardware during the test period.
At this time, please connect one end of the LED display control system hardware you purchased to the computer, and the other end to the HUB distribution board. The ribbon cable socket of the HUB distribution board should be connected to the interfaces of each unit of the LED display.
After the connection is complete, you can go to "Settings" and then "Set Screen Parameters" to set the relevant parameters. After completion, close and reopen the software. At this time, the message "Connection Successful" will appear at the top of the software. The system has now detected the display control system hardware and can be used normally without time limitations.
04. Why does the outdoor LED display control system hardware show bright lines or a "garbled screen" for a few seconds when it is first powered on?
After properly connecting the display controller to the computer, HUB distribution board, and display screen, you need to provide +5V power to the controller for it to work properly (do not connect it directly to 220V voltage). At the moment of power-on, bright lines or a "garbled screen" will appear on the display for a few seconds. These bright lines or "garbled screen" are normal test phenomena, reminding the user that the display screen is about to start working normally.
