The decoration of an LED video wall mainly involves fixing decorative materials to the outside of the steel structure frame using structural connectors or adhesives to achieve an aesthetically pleasing appearance and waterproofing. Common decorative materials and their characteristics are as follows:
Stainless Steel: Common types include matte brushed stainless steel and mirror stainless steel, with thicknesses of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 1.5mm, depending on the edging area. Its advantages include strong corrosion resistance and a high-end surface texture, making it suitable for scenarios with high aesthetic requirements.

Aluminum (clasp) panels: Aluminum alloy sheets are mechanically pressed into fixed sizes and fixed to the steel structure frame using connectors. A variety of colors are available, but the cost is higher, and sizes need to be customized in advance, making on-site adjustments difficult. Suitable for scenarios with sufficient budgets and a demand for diverse colors.

Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) Structure: A plastic substrate covered with a thin aluminum layer, with the exposed surface protected by fluorocarbon coating. Advantages include rich colors, strong weather resistance, lightweight, and ease of on-site processing. Specifications include indoor panels (3mm thick) and outdoor panels (4mm thick), making it one of the most widely used decorative materials.

Other auxiliary materials:
Sealants: Glass glue, weather-resistant sealant, structural sealant, mainly used for sealing and waterproofing between decorative panels.

Baseboard materials: Aluminum square tubes, wood framing, plywood, etc., serving as the supporting structure or auxiliary substrate for the exterior decorative panels.

Decorative material selection recommendations:
For outdoor applications, prioritize materials with strong weather resistance (such as aluminum composite panels for outdoor use, stainless steel), and enhance waterproofing.

For indoor applications, choose aluminum composite panels for indoor use or aluminum ceiling panels based on budget and aesthetic requirements.

The sealants and baseboard materials must be compatible with the main decorative materials to ensure overall structural stability.
