1. Indoor LED Screen Models

Indoor LED display screens mainly include P2.5, P3, P4, P5, and P6 full-color LED displays. These are classified according to the pixel pitch of the LED display. P2.5 means the distance between two pixels is 2.5mm, P3 is 3mm, and so on. Therefore, different pixel pitches result in different numbers of pixels per square meter, leading to different resolutions. The smaller the pixel pitch, the more pixels per unit area, and the higher the resolution.

2. Installation Environment

The installation environment is the first factor to consider when choosing an LED display screen. Will the LED display be installed in a lobby, a conference room, or on a stage? Is it a fixed installation or a mobile installation?

3. Closest Viewing Distance

What is the closest viewing distance? It's the distance from which people typically view the screen. For example, the optimal viewing distance for P2.5 is within 2.5 meters, and for P3 it's within 3 meters. The number after "P" not only represents the LED display screen model but also the optimal viewing distance. Therefore, when choosing an indoor LED display screen model, you should estimate the closest viewing distance to help you select the right model.

4. Screen Area

The size of the screen is also related to the selection of the LED display. Generally, if the indoor LED display screen is less than 20 square meters, we recommend using a bracket mounting system. If it exceeds 20 square meters, we recommend using a simple cabinet structure. Also, if the screen area is large, it can sometimes compensate for the limitations of the closest viewing distance, but it's best not to rely on this method.
