I. LED Display Screen Models for Conference Rooms. The main full-color LED display screen models for conference rooms include P1.2, P1.5, P1.6, P1.8, P1.9, P2, P2.5, P3, and P4. These are mainly classified according to the pixel pitch of the LED display screen. P2.5 means the distance between two pixels is 2.5mm, P3 is 3mm, and so on. Therefore, different pixel pitches result in different numbers of pixels per square meter, thus affecting the clarity. The smaller the pixel pitch, the more pixels per unit area, and the higher the clarity.
II. Installation Environment. The installation environment is a primary consideration when choosing an LED display screen. Will the LED display screen be installed in a lobby, a conference room, or on a stage? Is it a fixed installation or does it require mobile installation?
III. Closest Viewing Distance. The closest viewing distance refers to the distance from which people typically view the screen. For example, the optimal viewing distance for P2.5 is beyond 2.5 meters, and for P3, it's beyond 3 meters. As the name suggests, the number after "P" not only represents the LED display screen model but also the optimal viewing distance. Therefore, when choosing an indoor LED display screen model, it's important to estimate the approximate closest viewing distance to help select the best model.
IV. Screen Area. The size of the screen is also related to the selection of the LED display screen. Generally, for indoor full-color LED display screens, we usually recommend using a bracket type. If the size exceeds a certain limit, we recommend using a simple cabinet type. Also, if the screen area is large, it can sometimes compensate for the shortcomings of the closest viewing distance, but it's best not to rely on this method.
