Screen Size:** The larger the screen size, the higher the rental cost. Prices may be calculated based on the screen area or the number of modules rented. For example, a small indoor stage might only require a few square meters of LED screen, resulting in a relatively low rental cost; while large-scale concerts and events require large LED screens, potentially dozens or even hundreds of square meters, significantly increasing the rental cost.
**Resolution:** Higher resolution LED screens typically have higher rental costs because they require more LED modules and higher technical specifications. High-resolution screens can display clearer and more detailed images and videos, suitable for occasions requiring extremely high image quality, such as high-end product launches and large-scale performances. Their rental prices will be considerably higher than those of screens with standard resolution.
**Display Effects:** Although we are mainly discussing indoor screens, differences in display effects also affect the price. Some LED screens with special display effects, such as high contrast, wide color gamut, and 3D effects, have higher rental prices due to their technical complexity and higher costs. For example, indoor LED screens that can achieve realistic 3D effects provide viewers with an immersive visual experience, and their rental prices will be much higher than those of screens with ordinary display effects.
**Rental Duration:** The longer the rental period, the higher the total cost. However, suppliers may offer different discounts and promotional policies depending on the rental duration. Generally, short-term rentals (such as a few days) may be charged daily, resulting in relatively higher prices; while for long-term rentals (such as several months), suppliers may offer discounts, reducing the average daily cost.
