Common LED display screen usage methods are as follows:
Wire and Switch Inspection: Regularly check the LED display screen's wiring connections for secureness and ensure switches are in a dry environment to prevent leakage or electric shock accidents caused by moisture. Waterproof covers can be installed on switch surfaces, and wiring interfaces should be sealed with insulating tape to reduce safety hazards.
Moisture Prevention: Environmental Control: During the rainy season or in humid environments, use the dehumidifying function of air conditioning to reduce indoor humidity. Desiccants (such as silica gel packets) can also be placed inside the display screen to aid in moisture absorption.
Regular Use: During the rainy season, ensure the screen is lit at least once a week for at least 2 hours each time. Heat generation accelerates moisture evaporation, preventing internal components from becoming damp and short-circuiting.
Ventilation Management: Moderate ventilation promotes moisture evaporation, but should be avoided on windless and humid days (such as consecutive rainy days), otherwise it may increase ambient humidity. When ventilating, it is recommended to open diagonally opposite windows to create air convection and avoid direct airflow onto the display screen.
Outdoor Display Screen Waterproof Maintenance:** Cabinet Inspection: Regularly check the waterproof gaskets on the outdoor display screen cabinet for aging, deformation, or damage, and replace damaged parts promptly. Sealing and Reinforcement: Check if the screws or latches securing the enclosure are loose, ensure sufficient sealing pressure, and prevent rainwater infiltration.

Long-Term Inactivity Maintenance: If the display screen is not used for an extended period, it should be powered on and tested 1-2 times per month, each time for 2-4 hours. This operation can prevent the performance of the LEDs from deteriorating due to prolonged inactivity, reducing the risk of dead LEDs, blind spots, and other malfunctions. Before powering on, ensure the environment is dry to avoid short circuits.

Precautions: All operations must be performed with the power off to ensure safety.

When cleaning the display screen, avoid using corrosive liquids. It is recommended to wipe it with a dry cloth or a slightly damp soft cloth.

If abnormal heating, odor, or screen abnormalities are detected, immediately disconnect the power and contact a professional for repair.
