The aging process and handling steps for LED electronic displays are as follows:

I. Purpose and Significance of Aging Test
Aging test simulates whether an LED display will exhibit abnormalities during long-term operation. It is a crucial guarantee of the reliability of electronic products and an essential step in product production. Through aging test, the performance of the LED display can be improved, contributing to stable performance in later use. The aging test for full-color LED displays takes countermeasures based on the characteristics of the product's failure rate curve (i.e., bathtub curve), thereby improving product reliability.

II. Specific Steps for Aging Test

Pre-Test Inspection

Check whether the full-color LED display cable standards meet the requirements. If not, communicate with the relevant personnel.

Check whether there are scratches or non-compliance with standards on the full-color LED display cabinet before assembly. If so, report and communicate with the relevant personnel.

Module Inspection and Repair

If the full-color LED display module exhibits abnormal conditions, coordinate with the engineering department's repair team for repair and keep relevant records.

Aging Test Process

On-Duty Requirements: An on-duty supervisor is required for the LED display aging test to promptly identify and report any issues to the Engineering Manager.

Test Time Requirements

Monochrome and grayscale gradient tests: no less than 48 hours.

LED display white screen test: no less than 48 hours.

Video and text effect test: no less than 48 hours.

Test Content:Includes white screen, red, green, and blue monochrome, grayscale gradient, video effects, and text effects.

III. Aging Test Precautions:

Comprehensiveness of Test Content: After the full-color LED display passes the video aging or white screen test, further testing of monochrome, grayscale, white screen, video, and text playback effects is necessary to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the display's performance.

Timely Reporting of Issues: During the aging test, any issues discovered should be immediately reported to the Engineering Manager for timely intervention and to prevent escalation.
