(1) Inspect and clean the screen surface. Over time, dust and stains accumulate on the surface of the LED mobile video wall screen. These impurities can block the normal transmission of light, leading to dull colors. Use a soft cleaning cloth, such as a microfiber cloth, to gently wipe the screen surface to remove dust and stains.

If the stains are stubborn, you can use a dedicated screen cleaner. However, avoid spraying the cleaner directly onto the screen. Spray the cleaner onto a cleaning cloth first, and then wipe the screen.

(2) Inspect the LED beads. LED beads are a key component affecting screen color. If some beads are damaged, aged, or have inconsistent brightness, the entire LED mobile video wall screen will have dull or uneven colors. Use professional testing equipment or visual inspection to check for any beads that are not lit or have abnormal colors.

If you find any problems with the beads, replace them with beads of the same specifications and model immediately. When replacing beads, pay attention to the soldering quality to ensure a good connection between the beads and the circuit board. (3) Check the power supply. An unstable power supply will affect the normal operation of the LED beads, resulting in dim colors. Use a multimeter or similar tools to check whether the output voltage and current of the power supply are stable and meet the rated requirements of the LED mobile video wall.

If there are problems with the power supply, such as excessive voltage fluctuations or insufficient current, a stable power supply should be replaced to ensure sufficient power support for the screen.

(4) Check the signal transmission lines. The quality and connection status of the signal transmission lines will also affect the color display of the LED mobile video wall. Check whether the signal cables are loose, damaged, or interfered with, such as HDMI cables and DVI cables.

Re-plug the signal cables to ensure a secure connection. If the signal cables are damaged, replace them with new ones immediately. Also, avoid running signal cables parallel to high-voltage cables to reduce electromagnetic interference.
