 Impact on Image Quality: A higher refresh rate results in lower flicker and higher image clarity. This is because a high refresh rate means the screen can update the image more frequently, reducing flicker and jitter, making the image more stable and clear. Conversely, a lower refresh rate increases the likelihood of flicker and jitter, affecting the viewing experience.

 Limits and Cost-Effectiveness: Once the refresh rate reaches a flicker-free state, further increasing its value does little to improve display quality and may even decrease cost-effectiveness. This is because the human eye has a limited ability to perceive flicker; generally, the human eye cannot perceive flicker at frequencies above 24Hz. High-end LED displays on the market can boast refresh rates as high as 3840Hz, meaning the screen refreshes 3840 times per second.
