High brightness and automatic adjustment:** LED traffic guidance screens must possess high luminous brightness and a wide viewing angle. They should automatically adjust brightness according to ambient light intensity to ensure clear display even under direct sunlight, and operate continuously 24/7 with a normal viewing distance of approximately 200 meters.
Diverse information display:** Supporting diverse colors, display methods, and content, they can accurately and in real-time publish traffic information in the form of audio, video, images, and text, according to the requirements of the traffic guidance system and environment, facilitating information access for pedestrians.
High protection level design:** Outdoor LED traffic guidance screens must meet IP65 protection requirements. Special measures are taken to address complex outdoor environments (such as temperature, power supply, rain, moisture, corrosion, and lightning protection) to ensure high reliability.
Remote control and intelligent detection:** Real-time, accurate, and reliable display of traffic information is achieved through remote control, while intelligent detection functions ensure system safety and stability.
Five main categories of LED traffic guidance screens:
Gantry-type variable message display:** Utilizing a gantry frame across the road, these screens are remotely controlled by a main monitoring computer to display text and graphic information, promote traffic regulations and knowledge, reduce highway congestion and accidents, and improve driving safety and efficiency.
Variable speed limit display screen (board):** Installed on key sections of roads with complex conditions or large bridges, these screens are primarily circular or single-arm suspended, remotely displaying speed limits or brief traffic information to remind vehicles to drive at the speed limit.
Mobile traffic information screen:** Compact and flexible, suitable for installation on towed vehicles, these screens can be placed at any time and location, compensating for the shortcomings of fixed variable message signs. They are suitable for temporary traffic information dissemination during highway construction and maintenance.
Wayfinding (warning) screen:** Essential equipment for highway construction vehicles, these screens use high-brightness signs to warn and guide following vehicles, ensuring the safety of construction personnel and vehicles and preventing accidents.
Service display screen:** Installed in toll station areas and service areas, these screens provide real-time road conditions and service assistance information, facilitating travel for drivers and passengers and improving road management and the overall image of the area.
