LED Display Screen Use and Maintenance

11.1. [Environmental Requirements]

When using the LED display screen, ensure a dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid performance problems or damage caused by humidity, temperature, or dust. Also, avoid exposing the display screen to strong sunlight or other high-intensity light sources to prevent direct damage to the screen.

The operating temperature of the LED display screen should be maintained between -20°C and 50°C, and the humidity range should be controlled within 10% to 90% relative humidity (RH). Avoid using or storing the display screen in high-temperature, high-humidity, or high-acid/alkaline/salt environments to prevent damage. During use, keep the screen away from flammable materials, gases, and dust to ensure safety. Handle with care during transportation, avoiding strong impacts and contact with sharp objects to prevent damage to the display screen.

11.2. [LED Screen Switching Operation]

When operating the LED display screen switch, follow the correct sequence: start the control computer first, then turn on the display screen to avoid possible hardware damage. Before turning on the screen, start the control computer and ensure it is running normally, then turn on the LED display screen. When turning off the screen, first turn off the LED screen power, then close the control software, and finally shut down the computer correctly. Note that turning off the computer first without turning off the display screen may cause bright spots on the screen or even burn out the LED lights, with serious consequences. Ensure at least a 5-minute interval between turning the screen on and off. Avoid turning on the screen in a completely white screen state, as the display screen is at its maximum power state at this time, which has the greatest impact on the power distribution system's surge current.

11.3. [Power Supply Requirements]

Power supply is a crucial aspect when operating the LED display screen. The LED display screen requires DC power supply with a stable voltage of 220V ± 10%. Avoid frequent power switching, and avoid using the screen during thunderstorms.

The LED module requires a DC +5V power supply, with a working voltage range of 4.2~5.2V. AC power supply is strictly prohibited. Ensure that the positive and negative terminals of the power supply are connected correctly to avoid product damage or even fire. The power supply voltage for the LED display screen should be stable at 220V ± 10%, with a frequency of 50Hz ± 5%. To ensure safety, the ground connection must be reliable, the ground wire and neutral wire should be well isolated, and the power supply should be connected away from high-power equipment. If any abnormalities such as short circuits, tripping, burning wires, or smoke are detected, the power supply test should be stopped immediately, and the problem should be quickly identified.

Maintain the stability of the power supply and ensure proper grounding protection to prevent lightning strikes. Avoid using the LED display during severe weather, especially during strong thunderstorms. When powering the large screen, the process must be carried out in steps to avoid overloading the power distribution system with the maximum power consumption of the entire screen. To extend the lifespan of the LED display screen, it is recommended to avoid displaying a full white screen at maximum brightness for more than half an hour, as this may lead to excessive current, overheating of power lines, and damage to the LED lights. Playing dynamic videos is a better option. During use, do not frequently switch the power of the LED display screen; there should be at least a 1-minute interval between operations.

Non-professionals should not touch the internal wiring of the LED display screen to avoid electric shock or damage to the wiring. If maintenance is required, please contact a professional.info-693-520
