The method of the curved LED display screen
Box design
The curved LED display screen is divided into inner arc, outer arc, circular arc, elliptical arc, semi-circular arc and other types. The display box needs to be made into the required curvature. The LED box with curvature is made according to the geometric formula, and then assembled. For example, when making an outer arc-shaped display screen, if the radius of the arc is greater than one meter, the box should be made into a vertical long strip shape; when the radius is smaller, the box should be made with curvature; if the radius is less than 0.5 meters, special units need to be made, and the units should be made into vertical long strips.
The production of circular arc-shaped LED displays mainly depends on the size of the arc. The size of the arc and the length of the screen are determined by the diameter of the circle. Generally, the size of the arc should not be too large. After determination, a circular arc-shaped box is customized.
Module selection
The traditional horizontal modules used for curved LED screens will result in large seams, uneven screen curvature, and inability to adapt to large curvature scenarios. To ensure a smoother curvature, vertical modules are adopted, which can achieve better surface smoothness and are easier to assemble into large curvature LED displays.

Steel structure design
The steel structure should be designed according to the display screen. For the outer curved display screens, when the radius of the arc is less than 0.5 meters, the steel structure for the screen body needs to be processed in a curved shape to match the curvature of the display screen, ensuring the stability of the installation and the overall effect.
Splicing installation
The splicing installation method for the external arc-shaped display screen varies depending on the different arc radius. When the radius of the arc is greater than one meter, the vertical long rectangular box can be spliced and installed directly; when the radius is smaller, pay attention to splicing the unit modules according to the arc-shaped box during the splicing process; when the radius is less than 0.5 meters, after specially manufacturing the vertical long rectangular unit, splicing can be carried out.
After the arc-shaped box is customized, the installation process for the arc-shaped LED display is the same as that of a regular display. According to the usual installation procedures, each box is accurately assembled and fixed onto the steel structure.
