Moisture Protection and Storage Instructions
Due to the sensitivity of LED displays to environmental humidity, special attention must be paid to moisture protection measures. During storage and transportation, ensure that the display is kept in a dry environment to prevent damage to internal electronic components from moisture. Additionally, when not in use for extended periods, it is recommended to store the display in a moisture-proof box designed for electronic equipment to ensure its safety and stable performance.
△ Storage and Usage Precautions
Storage Temperature and Humidity Requirements: LED products should be stored in an environment between -40℃ and 60℃. After opening the packaging, they should be stored in an environment with a temperature below 30℃ and humidity below 60%.
Pest and Rodent Control Measures: Depending on the specific environment of the display screen and control unit, take necessary pest control measures, such as placing rodenticides, to ensure their safety.
Preheating and Power-on Procedure: In high-humidity environments, if the LED display has not been used for a long time, each time it is powered on, it should be preheated at 30%-50% brightness for 4-8 hours (or more than 12 hours if it has been unused for more than 7 days) before adjusting to normal brightness. This helps to remove moisture and ensure stability during use.
Regular Inspection and Professional Maintenance: The LED large screen should be regularly inspected for its working status, and any damaged wiring should be repaired or replaced promptly. The main control computer and other equipment should be placed in an air-conditioned, dust-free environment to ensure proper ventilation, heat dissipation, and stable operation. Internal wiring of the screen should not be touched by non-professionals; any problems should be handled by professional personnel.
