1. Wiring Requirements: When installing a mobile LED video wall display, pay attention to distinguishing between power cables and signal cables, and install them in different locations to avoid interference. Furthermore, calculate the required lengths and specifications of all cables based on the screen size and installation location of the entire project, and calculate the overall project requirements.
2. Frame Requirements: To facilitate future maintenance of the mobile LED video wall display, the frame edges are removable. A gap of approximately 25mm should be left between the inner edge of the outer frame and the outer edge of the wall assembly on each side. For large wall assemblies, this gap should be appropriately increased based on the number of columns. In addition, for easy access for maintenance, the maintenance passage should generally be no less than 1.2m wide. For removable edge strips, press the screen edges down by 3-5mm as much as possible. The removable edge strips will be better secured after the box and filter are fully installed.
3. Ventilation Requirements: Air conditioning or air vents should be installed in the maintenance passage to ensure good ventilation for the mobile LED video wall display. The air outlet should be located as far away from the LCD video wall as possible (approximately 1 meter in length). Air from the outlet should not blow directly onto the cabinet to avoid uneven heating and cooling, which could damage the screen.
4. Environmental Requirements: Although the brightness of mobile LED video walls is very high, it is still limited. Therefore, the ambient light in the chosen installation environment should not be too strong. If it is too bright, the screen may become invisible. If necessary, block lights that may enter the vicinity of the screen (such as windows). Turn off the lights when the equipment is running to ensure normal operation. Do not install lights directly in front of the screen; only barrel lights are required.
5. Installation Site Requirements: The installation floor for mobile LED video walls should be flat, as the entire system is relatively large and heavy. The chosen floor also needs to have sufficient load-bearing capacity. If the floor is tiled, it may not be able to support the weight. Another point is that the installation floor should be anti-static.
In summary, these are some requirements for the installation of mobile LED video walls. When installing a mobile LED video wall, the above requirements must be met; otherwise, it may cause problems or even prevent the installation from proceeding smoothly.
