VI. Screen Flatness Verification
Standard: Flatness must be controlled within ±1mm to avoid image distortion or blind spots in viewing angles.

Use a laser level to measure the unevenness of the screen surface;
Closely observe the gaps between modules; for small-pitch screens below P3, ensure seamless splicing;
Play dynamic images and check for black lines or light spots (caused by light leakage from gaps).
Impact: Excessive flatness can lead to image distortion, especially noticeable on curved or irregularly shaped screens.

Comprehensive Testing: A comprehensive evaluation using the methods described above should be conducted to avoid situations where a single indicator meets the standard but the overall performance is insufficient.
