I. Project Background and Requirements

In commercial operating scenarios, LED display screens serve as a core carrier for information dissemination and brand display. The scientific design of their installation directly impacts their effectiveness and operational value. This solution addresses the LED display screen construction needs of commercial complexes, office buildings, or hotels, combining architectural structural characteristics, commercial operating scenarios, and visual communication objectives. It provides a comprehensive plan from system selection and structural design to construction and operation and maintenance, ensuring that the display screen meets commercial-grade standards in terms of stability, display effect, and safety compliance.

II. System Solution Design

(I) Display System Selection

1. Screen Type and Pixel Pitch

Based on the installation scenario (indoor/outdoor) and viewing requirements, outdoor large screens are recommended to use full-color LED modules with a pixel pitch of P4-P6 (if the viewing distance is ≤10 meters, P3 or smaller pixel pitch can be used to improve clarity); for indoor scenarios (such as lobbies and elevator halls), small-pitch LED screens with a pitch of P2-P3 are recommended, balancing fineness and energy efficiency.

Taking an outdoor wall measuring 18 meters wide x 6 meters high as an example: using a P5 module, the resolution is 3600 pixels (width) × 1200 pixels (height), requiring a 1/32 scan driving method to ensure a refresh rate (≥1920Hz) and avoid flicker during filming.

2. Brightness and Protection Level

Outdoor screens need to meet a brightness of 5000-8000 cd/m² (supporting automatic light sensing adjustment, switching between energy-saving/high-brightness modes according to ambient light), and a protection level of ≥IP65 (module potting process + waterproof casing design); indoor screens should have a brightness controlled at 800-1500 cd/m², and a protection level of IP30 is sufficient, with a focus on optimizing color reproduction (color gamut coverage ≥90% NTSC). (II) Control System Architecture

1. Control Method Selection

A dual-mode control system combining synchronous and asynchronous control is adopted: Real-time content such as daily commercial advertisements and live event broadcasts are directly connected to the playback device via a synchronous control card (such as Nova MSD300) to ensure no delay in the display; emergency notifications and fixed slogans can be stored and played offline through an asynchronous control card (such as Colorlight A8), improving system reliability.
