The aging test of LED displays refers to simulating whether abnormalities will occur during long-term operation, which is an important guarantee for the reliability of LED displays and an essential final step before LED displays leave the factory.

Notes for LED Display Aging Test

Test content: White screen, red/green/blue monochrome, grayscale gradient, video effects, text effects.

The white screen test time of the LED display shall not be less than 24 hours.

The monochrome and grayscale gradient test shall not be less than 24 hours.

The video and text effect test shall not be less than 24 hours.

The aging test of the LED display must be attended by personnel, and any problems found shall be reported to the engineering manager for processing in a timely manner.
