Control Ambient Humidity:

Prevent Moisture Intrusion: Ensure the environment in which the full-color LED display screen is used is dry, and prevent anything containing moisture from entering the screen. Moisture can cause corrosion of display components, leading to permanent damage.

Take Protective Measures:

Passive Protection: Keep potentially damaging objects away from the screen, such as sharp objects and heavy objects.

Active Protection: When cleaning the screen, use a soft cloth to gently wipe it. Avoid using rough materials or excessive force to reduce damage to the screen.

Regular Cleaning and Maintenance:

Timely Dust Removal: Full-color LED displays exposed to outdoor environments for extended periods are prone to getting dirty. Regular cleaning is necessary to prevent dust from accumulating on the surface and affecting the viewing experience.

Use Appropriate Cleaning Agents: Alcohol can be used for wiping, or a brush or vacuum cleaner can be used to remove dust. Avoid wiping directly with a damp cloth to prevent moisture from entering the screen.

Ensure Stable and Safe Power Supply:

Stable Power Supply: A stable power supply with proper grounding is required to prevent voltage fluctuations from damaging the display screen.

Avoid Use in Severe Weather: Do not use the display screen in severe natural conditions, especially during strong thunderstorms, to prevent accidents such as lightning strikes.

Prevent Water and Conductive Materials from Entering the Screen:

Water Ingress is Strictly Prohibited: Water, iron powder, and other easily conductive metal objects must not enter the screen. If water enters the screen for any reason, immediately disconnect the power and contact maintenance personnel. The screen should not be used until the display panel inside is completely dry.

Low-Dust Environment: Place the LED electronic display screen in a low-dust environment whenever possible. Excessive dust can affect the display effect and damage the circuitry.

Correct Power-On Sequence:

Power-On Sequence: Power on the control computer first, ensuring it is running normally, before powering on the LED electronic display screen.

Power-Off Sequence: Power off the LED display screen first, then power off the computer. A correct power-on sequence helps protect the stable operation of both the display screen and the computer.

Avoid Prolonged Full-Brightness Displays:

Content Selection: Avoid prolonged exposure to fully white, fully red, fully green, or fully blue displays, as this can cause excessive current, overheating of the power cord, damage to the LEDs, and shorten the lifespan of the display screen.

Reasonable Usage Schedule:

Regular Use: It is recommended that LED electronic displays have a rest period of more than 2 hours per day. During the rainy season, large LED screens should be used at least once a week. Generally, the screen should be turned on at least once a month for more than 2 hours to maintain normal operation.

Regular Inspection and Maintenance:

Check Operating Status: LED electronic displays need to be checked regularly to ensure they are working properly and that the wiring is undamaged. If any displays are not working, they should be replaced promptly, and any damaged wiring should be repaired or replaced immediately.

Do Not Touch (Non-Professionals Only): The internal wiring of LED electronic displays is complex. Non-professionals should not touch them to avoid electric shock or damage to the wiring. If any problems occur, please have them repaired by a professional.
