LED Rental Screen Selection Key Points (Scenarios and Core Parameters)

Choosing a suitable LED rental screen needs to comprehensively consider the specification adaptability of the main screen, secondary screen and expansion screen, as well as core factors such as pixel pitch, scenario requirements and budget control. The specific selection key points are as follows:

Clarify the Use Scenario and Screen Type

Main Screen: Located in the center of the stage, it is necessary to ensure clear viewing for the whole audience, and priority should be given to models with high pixel pitch (such as P2.97, P3.91, P4.81, P6.25). If creative effects are pursued, special-shaped screens or conformal screens can be adopted, but the content adaptability must be ensured.

Secondary Screen: Located on both sides of the main screen, it mainly plays a foil role and takes into account the viewing needs of the audience on both sides. Models with medium pixel pitch (such as P3.91, P4.81, P6.25) can be selected, and it is not necessary to pursue excessively high definition to save the budget.

Expansion Screen: Used in large venues (such as concerts), it is necessary to cover the long-distance audience area. Models with high brightness and large size should be selected, and it is necessary to ensure synchronization or complementarity with the content of the main screen.

Core Parameter Selection

Pixel Pitch: The main screen is selected according to the audience distance. For example: audience distance from the stage 5-10 meters: P2.97 or P3.91; audience distance from the stage 10-20 meters: P4.81 or P6.25. The standard for secondary screens/expansion screens can be appropriately relaxed, giving priority to balancing cost and effect.

Brightness and Contrast: The brightness of indoor scenarios is recommended to be 800-1500 cd/m² to avoid visual fatigue caused by excessive brightness; outdoor scenarios need higher brightness to cope with the strong light environment.
