I. EMC Optimization Design

In applications, LED rental screens need to operate simultaneously with various electronic devices. To avoid electromagnetic interference, EMC optimization design is necessary for the LED rental screens. This includes technologies such as: PCB design with no spikes, low-interference routing, multi-layer copper shielding, high/low frequency separation, and multiple processing of sensitive signals; optimized circuit design, such as multiple filtering and clean power supply technology; and multi-shielded EMC-optimized cabinet structure design. These designs address electromagnetic interference.

II. Dual-Card, Current-Sharing N+1 Power Supply Backup

Since LED displays consist of numerous cabinets and electronic devices, the unavoidable failure rate of these devices has always been a concern for LED display users. Therefore, it is crucial that the display continues to function normally even when some electronic components malfunction.

Dual-card, dual-power backup functionality is a solution to ensure the reliability and stability of LED displays in demanding environments.

Dual receiver backup uses two receiver cards per cabinet. Both receiver cards operate simultaneously, in a hot-backup state, automatically and seamlessly switching in the event of a signal failure in any one channel, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the display.

In parallel use of current-sharing power supplies, an N+m backup method can be adopted to output a larger power. In a parallel system, each current-sharing power supply can distribute a smaller amount of power according to its power share. When a single power supply fails, the others can continue to supply power to the system, improving system reliability.

III. Intelligent Brightness Adjustment During performances, the LED rental screen is not the only light source on stage; its display effect will inevitably be affected by stage lighting such as projectors, spotlights, and moving head lights. Therefore, it is necessary for the LED rental screen to be equipped with automatic adaptive light-sensing adjustment devices to prevent the display image from being affected by ambient light.

IV. Cabinet Status Monitoring The receiver card configured on the LED rental screen can detect and monitor the cabinet temperature, humidity, power supply, and fan signal line communication status, allowing on-site personnel to monitor the cabinet's operating status in real time.

V. Automatic Calibration

What is "automatic calibration"? It means storing calibration data on the module itself. Replacing modules, receiver cards, or transmitter cards requires no adjustments or data retransmission; it's ready to use immediately upon power-up! Traditional "point-by-point calibration" technologies require professional personnel to retransmit calibration data when replacing modules or receiver cards; each module needs to be numbered, and its calibration coefficients stored in a folder on a USB drive or external hard drive. Users need to save the module calibration coefficients individually and record the module numbers to ensure a one-to-one correspondence; after replacing a receiver card or module, the calibration coefficients need to be re-imported. Failure to import coefficients after module replacement will result in color patches; if the user loses the calibration coefficients, calibration will be unusable.

LED rental screens with "automatic calibration" technology require no adjustments after replacing modules or receiver cards; the entire screen displays the calibrated effect without color difference, color patches, or screen distortion. It displays normally as soon as it's powered on.

VI. Quiet Operation In high-end LED rental screen applications such as museums, concerts, and press conferences, noise levels are critical, requiring low-noise fans or fanless operation and low-noise power supplies. Sometimes, achieving this requires even higher standards for the power supply.

VII. Low Reflectivity Due to the presence of other light sources such as projectors, spotlights, and moving head lights, LED rental screens must also consider light emission. The LED rental screen's encapsulation devices utilize a blackbody design. The combined effect of black PPA material and epoxy resin makes the front of the LED beads appear almost black, thus improving the screen's contrast. The adhesive surface of the devices features a matte finish, avoiding light reflection caused by the mirror effect of the adhesive, effectively reducing glare interference and resulting in a softer, more vibrant display.
