I. Precautions for Renting Stage LED Display Screens:
Choose a reputable company. The company must have a professional stage LED display screen rental team, and the display screen quality must be top-notch. After-sales service should be excellent, and any equipment problems should be addressed promptly. The rental price of a stage LED display screen depends on the rental period, screen size, and type. The flatness, brightness, viewing angle, color reproduction, and presence of dead pixels on the LED performance screen will all affect the playback effect, the atmosphere of the event, and the overall commercial performance, thus failing to meet expectations.
II. Precautions for Using Stage LED Display Screens:
(1) The shooting distance must be appropriate. Different pixel pitches and fill factors require different shooting distances for stage LED display screens. For example, for an LED display screen with a pixel pitch of 4 mm and a fill factor of 60%, the ideal distance between the subject and the screen is 4-10 meters to achieve a better image.
(2) The stage performance screen requires a suitable operating environment. Stage LED displays mainly consist of control boards, switching power supplies, and light-emitting devices. The lifespan and stability of all these components are closely related to their operating temperature. If the actual operating temperature exceeds the product's specified operating range, not only will its lifespan be shortened, but the product itself will also be severely damaged.
The threat of dust cannot be ignored. In dusty environments, the PCB absorbs dust, and dust accumulation affects the heat dissipation performance of electronic components, leading to increased component temperatures, decreased thermal stability, and even leakage. In severe cases, this can cause the display screen to burn out. Dust also absorbs moisture from the air, corroding the electronic circuitry in the LED display and causing short circuits that are difficult to troubleshoot. Maintaining a clean studio and avoiding dust, achieving a "spotless" environment, is crucial for stage performance screens.
