Installation diagram of LED display screen

LED display screens are available in various installation methods depending on the application field, including: fixed installation, rental suspension installation, and stadium fence installation. According to the different usage environments of users, LED display screens are also available in various installation methods, such as wall-mounted, cantilevered, embedded, column-mounted, standing, rooftop, mobile, stadium fence, rental suspension, and arc-shaped, etc. Let's take a look at the 11 most common installation methods of LED display screens below.

Wall-mounted installation method

1) This installation method is usually used indoors or semi-outdoors.

2) The display area of the screen is small, and there is usually no space for maintenance channels. The entire screen is taken down for maintenance, or it is made into a folding integrated frame.

3) The screen area is slightly larger. Generally, a front maintenance design is adopted (that is, the front maintenance design, usually using column assembly method).

2. Column-mounted installation method

There are various types of column-mounted installation methods, which are generally used for outdoor advertising. Below are the details: 1) Single-column installation method: suitable for small-screen applications; 2) Double-column installation method: suitable for large-screen applications; 3) Closed maintenance passage: suitable for simple enclosures; 4) Open maintenance passage: suitable for standard enclosures.

3. Cantilever installation method

1) This method is mostly used indoors and semi-outdoors;

2) It is generally used at entrances of passageways, corridors, as well as at entrances of stations, railway stations, and subway entrances;

3) It is also used on highways, railways, and expressways for traffic guidance purposes;

4) The screen design usually adopts an integrated cabinet design or a suspended structure design.

4. Suspended installation method

This installation method is quite similar to the cantilever installation method. The application is the same. The screen body adopts an integrated cabinet design, which is suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor screens.

5. Embedded installation method

1) The entire display screen is embedded in the wall, with the display plane at the same level as the wall surface.

2) A simple box design is adopted.

3) Generally, front maintenance (frontal maintenance design) is used.

4) This installation method is applicable both indoors and outdoors, but is mostly used for screens with small pixel spacing and small display area.

5) It is generally used at large entrances, building lobbies, etc.

6. Standing installation method

1) Generally, an integrated cabinet design is adopted, and there is also a separate combination design; 2) It is suitable for indoor small pitch specification screen bodies; 3) The display area is generally small; 4) The main typical application is LED TV design.

7. Roof-mounted installation method

1) This installation method is crucial in terms of wind resistance.

2) It is usually installed at an incline angle, or the module adopts a 8° slope design.

3) It is mostly used for outdoor advertising displays.

8. Installation method of the football field fence

The advertising display screen for the perimeter fence around the football field can adjust its viewing angle according to the slope of the support frame. It adopts a soft silicone face mask design and a soft arc top design to prevent injuries from sports collisions.

9. Leasing and吊装 Method

The size of the screen is determined according to the standard size. The hanging screen should not be too large. Generally, it should be below 6M*10M. There are exceptions for special box materials and strip screens. The top is equipped with a hanging beam, and the bottom is equipped with a bottom beam. The hanging beam is used for hanging the screen. The box bodies of rows are connected by the hanging mechanism, and the horizontal box bodies are tightened with locking clips. The hanging mechanisms are divided into: gear type, conical rod type, and bolt type. The gear type is relatively expensive, beautiful, the conical rod type has a moderate price and is reliable. The bolt type is the cheapest, reliable, but the assembly is rather troublesome and is suitable for situations where the screen does not need to be disassembled repeatedly.

10. Arc-shaped installation method

Screen length x width (height): L x W; Screen length W: refers to the height of the screen; Screen length L: the length of the screen. The screen length can be initially determined by the circumference of a circle or an arc. Then divide by the module length to determine the number of modules. For circular screens, try to divide them into 92 modules; try to determine the number of modules in each row in integer multiples of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (for convenient box division and easier production). The draft angle of the module is generally 2 degrees, and each module has only 4 degrees. That is, a perfect circular screen usually requires 92 modules to be composed. The minimum number of modules should not be less than 60. After determining the number of modules in one row, the screen length can be obtained. Screen length L = number of modules x module length; Screen area A = L x W; For non-circular screens (arc screens), just divide them as needed, like cutting a cake. The mounting frame needs to be customized according to the size of the circular screen (arc screen).

11. Truss mobile installation method

1) The screen can be moved in real time according to actual needs.

2) The screen movement is controlled by combining and separating based on the display screen content and the on-site situation.

3) It adopts a truss guide rail design.

4) It is generally applied to stage background screens and is mostly used in TV stations, concerts and other live events.
