1. Steel Structure Construction

The indoor E-structure is used for fixing. This structure requires no cutting or welding, perfectly adapting to sites without welding capabilities. Compared to traditional screw and angle bracket fixing methods, it offers higher flatness, with horizontal error controlled within ±0.5mm and diagonal error within ±1mm. Furthermore, this structure supports multiple disassemblies and reuses, making it ideal for situations requiring frequent movement or removal.

The indoor E-structure mainly consists of an outer frame, keel, positioning crossbeams, and stabilizing vertical beams. Once assembled, it can be easily connected to the wall or load-bearing structure. Remember to properly attach the stainless steel edging to the frame to ensure overall aesthetics and stability.

2. Power Supply and Control Card Installation

During installation, a one-to-six power supply scheme should be used, securely fixing the power supply to the keel and connecting the power supplies in series using three-core wires. Ensure the power supply is properly grounded to prevent potential leakage risks from the metal frame. It is recommended to place the 220V end of the power supply facing downwards to avoid accidental short circuits caused by metal objects touching the live and neutral wires. For power cable selection, for fewer than 16 power supplies, a set of 3-core 2.5 square millimeter power cables is recommended; for larger screen sizes, it is advisable to use multiple circuits. The next step is module installation. First, securely install the bottom row and the middle column of modules, ensuring they are level and straight. This will maintain overall consistency when installing subsequent modules. Then, start from the bottom and middle positions and gradually install towards the sides.

3. Module Installation

During installation, install the bottom and middle modules first, ensuring overall consistency and stability. When installing the bottom and middle modules, remember to perform power-on tests. This allows for timely detection and resolution of problems, avoiding difficulties when testing after all modules are installed.

4. System Debugging

Before starting debugging, ensure that the necessary software for the LED display is installed and that the sending card is correctly connected to the computer. Based on the actual configuration of the display screen, set parameters such as resolution, refresh rate, and scanning method accordingly. After setting, save and send the settings to the display screen. Next, power off and restart the device, then play a video signal and carefully check if the image is smooth and free of ghosting or flickering. Simultaneously, display text and graphics to observe whether the characters are clear and the lines are smooth. If the display supports multi-window display, the switching and overlay effects between different windows should also be tested.
