How to install an outdoor LED display screen

The installation of outdoor advertising boards with LED electronic displays involves four steps: on-site investigation, equipment setup, installation, and commissioning for use.
1. On-site Investigation
This refers to the fact that before installing outdoor LED displays, it is necessary to conduct unified tests based on specific environmental parameters, terrain and landform, radiation range of light emission, and brightness reception capacity, etc., to ensure the smooth installation of the advertising board. Before lifting and installing, it is required to uniformly implement the lifting plan for the commander to ensure that the equipment can be used normally and stably.
2. LED Equipment Setup
When setting up outdoor LED advertising boards, different treatments should be applied to wall-type advertising screens, suspended-type advertising screens, and roof-type advertising screens. During actual installation, they should all be lifted and installed in sections according to the distance and height using cranes and winches. At the same time, ensure that the personnel above cooperate with each other to achieve a better installation and usage process for the LED advertising screens for high-altitude operations.
III. Adjustment of Light Emission Radiation Range
Next, we will conduct specific detection of the radiation range. Due to the different radiation ranges, the viewing angles of the LED display screen will also vary. We need to carry out the fixed installation work of the outdoor LED display screen based on the actual reception capability and the normal viewing range of everyone, to ensure that from every angle, a normal and evenly-lit image and text information can be seen.
IV. Subsequent Inspection and Maintenance
Subsequent inspections cover a wide range of aspects, such as waterproofing of LED displays, heat dissipation layers, waterproof coatings on LED displays, rain-shielding areas on the display surface, cooling air passages on both sides, power supply lines, etc. These basic component products constitute a stable graphic LED display. For subsequent technical maintenance, unified management and maintenance of these components are required. When products become rusty, unstable, or damaged, they need to be replaced promptly to ensure the safe use of the entire display.
