1. Different Model Selection
Stage LED rental screens require high-definition displays for dance and visual effects, demanding vivid playback. Therefore, typical indoor environments use high-definition screens with P3 and P4 models, while environments requiring higher resolution use smaller pixel pitch models like P2.5 and P2. Outdoor applications typically use P6 and P5 models. For outdoor LED displays, since viewing distance requirements are not as high, P10 is commonly used outdoors, followed by P16.
2. Different Cabinet Design
Traditional outdoor LED displays generally use waterproof cabinets, which are relatively heavy. Indoor displays also use simple cabinets. Stage LED rental screens currently generally use die-cast aluminum casings, which are thin, highly stable, and easy to disassemble and install, making them suitable for concerts and stage performances.
3. Different Installation Methods
Stage LED rental screens can be disassembled after a concert and transported to other stage venues, with quick and easy installation. Outdoor LED displays are usually fixed installations and are not easily moved once installed.
4. Different Installation Procedures
Installing outdoor LED displays requires sequential installation and standardized dimensions, while stage LED rental screens require easy installation, disassembly, and transportation, allowing staff to complete the work quickly and reduce labor costs for the client.
5. Different Transportation and Handling
Stage LED rental screens must be highly resistant to minor collisions during transportation and handling and must comply with the loading systems of transportation vehicles. Because they need to be moved frequently, the LED screens themselves must be designed with robust durability for handling. Otherwise, collisions during transportation can easily damage the LEDs, and even a single damaged LED can affect the overall effect. Therefore, when providing rental screen services to clients, a crucial point is that unlike outdoor LED displays, which provide immediate results upon installation, stage LED rental screens must present a complete display effect throughout the entire concert.
In summary, the differences between stage LED rental screens and outdoor LED displays mainly lie in model selection, cabinet design, installation methods, installation procedures, and transportation and handling. Compared to outdoor LED displays, stage LED rental screens require frequent movement, repeated disassembly, and installation, thus demanding high product quality and attention to product specifications, structural design, and material selection.
