1. Poor Contact: This category includes electrical faults in LED rental screens such as poor contact between the circuit board and slot, intermittent continuity due to internal cable breaks, poor contact at the plug and terminals, and cold solder joints.

2. Signal Interference: For digital circuits, LED rental screen faults only appear under specific conditions. It could be that excessive interference is affecting the control system and causing errors, or that changes in the parameters of individual components or the overall performance parameters of the circuit board have pushed the anti-interference capability to a critical point, leading to a fault.

3. Poor Component Thermal Stability: Based on extensive LED rental screen repair experience, poor thermal stability is the most common issue with electrolytic capacitors, followed by other capacitors, transistors, diodes, ICs, resistors, etc.

4. Moisture and Dust on the Circuit Board: Moisture and dust conduct electricity and have a resistive effect. Furthermore, their resistance changes during thermal expansion and contraction. This resistance value interacts with other components in parallel, and when this effect is strong, it alters circuit parameters, causing electrical faults in the LED rental screen.

5. Software is also a factor to consider. Many parameters in the circuit are adjusted using software. If the margin of some parameters of the LED rental screen is set too low and is in the critical range, an alarm will occur when the machine's operating conditions meet the reasons for the software's fault determination.
