I. Precautions for the Operating Environment
• Temperature and Humidity Range: The operating environment temperature should be controlled between -20°C and 50°C, and the humidity range should be 10% to 90% RH. If the ambient temperature is too high or heat dissipation is poor, avoid prolonged use to prevent equipment damage due to overheating.
• Avoid Harsh Environments: Keep away from high temperature, high humidity, and high acid/alkali/salt environments. Also, avoid using or storing the display near flammable materials, gases, or dust to prevent safety hazards.
• Anti-collision and Dust Prevention: Avoid strong collisions during transportation to prevent scratches from sharp objects; strictly prohibit water or conductive metal objects such as iron powder from entering the display. Try to place the display in a low-dust environment, as excessive dust will affect the display effect and damage the circuit. If water enters the display, immediately disconnect the power and wait until the components are completely dry before using it again.
II. Precautions for Switching the Screen On and Off
• Power-on Sequence: First turn on the control computer, and then turn on the LED display screen after the computer is running normally to ensure stable system startup.
• Power-off Sequence: First turn off the LED screen power, then close the control software, and finally properly shut down the computer. If the computer is shut down before the display screen is turned off, it will cause bright spots on the screen, or even burn out the LED lights.
• Time Interval: The time interval between turning the screen on and off should be greater than 5 minutes to avoid frequent operation impacting the equipment.
• Avoid Starting with a Full White Screen: Do not turn on the screen in a full white screen state. This is the maximum power state, and the inrush current to the power distribution system is at its maximum, which may damage the equipment.

• Power Supply Specifications: LED modules use DC +5V power supply (working voltage range 4.2-5.2V). AC power supply is strictly prohibited, and the positive and negative terminals of the power supply cannot be reversed, otherwise, it will burn out the product.
