1. Pixel Pitch

Pixel pitch refers to the distance between the center points of two adjacent pixels on an LED display, measured in millimeters (mm). Common pixel pitches include P1.2, P1.5, P1.86, P2.5, P3, P4, etc. A smaller pixel pitch results in higher screen resolution and a finer image, but also a higher cost.

When selecting a display, the appropriate pixel pitch should be chosen based on the viewing distance in the conference room. Generally, the optimal viewing distance (meters) is approximately 1.5 to 3 times the pixel pitch (mm). For example, a P2.5 screen is suitable for viewing distances of 3.75 to 7.5 meters, and a P3 screen is suitable for viewing distances of 4.5 to 9 meters. If a screen with a large pixel pitch is chosen for a short viewing distance, noticeable pixelation will occur, affecting the viewing experience; conversely, choosing a screen with a very small pixel pitch for a long viewing distance will result in unnecessary cost waste.

2. Refresh Rate

The refresh rate refers to the number of times the screen refreshes the image per second, measured in Hertz (Hz). A high refresh rate effectively avoids screen flickering and motion blur, making dynamic images smoother. Especially when shooting and recording meeting content, a high refresh rate can prevent moiré patterns. Currently, mainstream conference room LED displays have refresh rates of 3840Hz or higher, meeting the needs of various high-definition video playback and rapid data display.

3. Color Gamut Coverage

Color gamut coverage refers to the range of colors that the screen can display. 16.7 million color gamut coverage means the screen can display a rich range of colors with high color accuracy, faithfully reflecting the original image. When choosing a display, pay attention to whether the screen meets color gamut standards such as DCI-P3 or sRGB to ensure accurate color reproduction.

4. Brightness Adjustment Function

The brightness adjustment function allows the screen to automatically or manually adjust its brightness according to changes in ambient light. Conference rooms have complex lighting conditions; sometimes the light is strong, and sometimes a darker environment is needed for projection. An LED display with a brightness adjustment function can maintain optimal display effects in different lighting environments while avoiding eye strain caused by strong light. Generally, the brightness of indoor LED large screens ranges from 500 to 1500 cd/m², and can be adjusted according to actual needs.
