With the continuous maturation and advancement of LED transparent screen technology, and based on actual market demands, rigid materials such as PCB boards and acrylic sheets are no longer used as the transparent medium for LED displays. Flexible transparent film materials have become a new carrier for expanding LED displays. Thus, a new branch of LED transparent screens, the LED crystal film screen, has emerged, offering greater transparency and flexibility.

How are LED crystal film screens manufactured?

1. A conductive film material is coated onto a flexible transparent film. The thickness of the conductive film is an order of magnitude less than that of the flexible transparent film.

2. The coated flexible transparent film is then laser-etched to create the necessary connection lines between the LED chip pins, forming a conductive film circuit.

3. The LED chips are connected to the etched conductive film circuit via ITO conductive electrodes or conductive ink, forming a flexible LED display screen. A protective film is then attached to the flexible LED display screen.

4. The conductive film circuit etched onto the flexible transparent film is connected to the drive strip via a flexible circuit board, forming a complete display screen.

What are the characteristics of LED crystal film screens?

Utilizing a flexible, transparent film, it is lightweight, thin, rewound, and allows for flexible design, thus better meeting human needs to a certain extent. Laser etching of the circuitry allows for better control of linewidth, ensuring uniform impedance and consistent brightness for each LED chip, achieving a uniform brightness effect for displayed information. The circuitry can be interleaved to achieve a "multi-layered" effect. The required materials are low-cost, and installation and use are relatively simple, making it more suitable for residential applications.
